Our Story
Sowing Life sprouted from a profound sense of God’s calling, deeply rooted in the fertile ground of Bible reflection and a heartfelt recognition of people’s spiritual needs. Rooted in the rich soil of Wisconsin, our story is one of hope, growth, and a commitment to nurturing faith among the diverse Latino population, both locally and around the world.
Our journey started with a small group of like-minded believers, inspired by the desire to sow the seeds of life, both spiritual and practical, we embarked on a mission to make a difference.
What We Are
Sowing Life is a network of churches and organizations united by a mission to plant churches among the Latino population worldwide, working together.
Vision
Planting Beacons of Hope: Nurturing Faith in Hispanic Communities, Near and Far.
Our vision is clear – to plant churches that serve as beacons of hope within Hispanic communities in Wisconsin and beyond.
In Wisconsin, we witnessed the need for places of worship where Latino families could find spiritual guidance, support, and a sense of belonging. “Sowing Life” envisions churches that bridge cultural gaps, offering services, programs, and ministries in Spanish and English, tailored to the unique needs of our community.
But our vision extends far beyond state lines. We’re driven by a global perspective, recognizing that there are countless Hispanic communities worldwide in need of spiritual nourishment.

Prayer, as a source of strength, guidance, and connection with God, is an integral part of our daily life and ministry. We seek to sow the seeds of life and faith worldwide, partnering with like-minded churches and organizations to create a global impact.

Inspiring a passion among the MWBC family to glorify Christ by reaching the next generation, mobilizing volunteers, and developing leaders to start and strengthen churches.
